I have bought this phone, and I received a very good phone. It has an English version of Android, and wifi-access. There were already installed some apps, like RoboDefense, Google Maps and other useful things. It worked well with my Dutch SIM-cards, and my computer also supported it. The GPS function is great, as well as quite accurate. I would recommend this to anyone who is searching for a great Android phone.
